The welding machine checklist is a daily checklist which conducts a check on the physical conmdition of the machinery, whether proper tools are available for the operation of the machine, ensure the PICs have checked the maintenance documents and whether the PIC are trained/certified. Once the checklist is completed, it should be approved by a higher authority before attachment to a Hot Work Permit To Work
