The Method of communications for different scenarios such as raising alarms, communication between safety officer & workers or rescue personnel are also documented.
The method of rescues along with descriptions are also documented in this form followed by layout of the confined space.
PPE requiremets and rescue equipments are documented down including their quantity, inspection frequency & inspector’s details.
Once the form is completed, it should be routed for assessment before attachment to a PTW
