Daily Mobile Crane Checklist

The daily tower crane checklist conducts a check on the crane & its operator’s documentation such as valid certifications and safe working loads along with load charts. The operation & maintenance logbook are also checked.

The checklist also allows for the documentation of the physical condition of the twer crane and operational features such as the limit switch, wire ropes & pulley systems and the structural component checks.

Safety & Security equipment such as locks, safety signs & PPE equipment are also required to be documented.

Once completed, the form will be routed for approval before attachment to a Permit To Work
