Details
Contractor certifies dimensions/coordination checked, submits activity/location/drawing ref, and gets Rebar/Formwork/Cleanliness/Concreting/Post Casting each checked by Contractor then RE/RTO. Once approved, Contractor submits a second “Request for Concreting Work” section (serial no, concrete grade, volume, test cube/slump) confirming readiness, then post-pour items (compaction, curing, formwork striking, reprop removal, defects rectification) are checked by both parties.
