Update Your Own Email Address<\/h3>\n

This guide explains how to update the email address associated with your account.<\/p>\n

  1. Log in to your account.<\/li>\n
  2. Click your Profile<\/strong> icon.<\/li>\n
  3. Select My Profile<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Click Edit My Profile<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. In the Email<\/strong> field, enter your new email address.<\/li>\n
  6. Click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  7. Open the inbox of your new email address.<\/li>\n
  8. Locate the verification email and click the verification link.<\/li>\n
  9. Once the verification is complete, your new email address will be successfully updated.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Update a User’s Email Address (Admin)<\/h3>\n

    This guide explains how an administrator<\/strong> can update a user’s email address.<\/p>\n

    1. Log in with an administrator account.<\/li>\n
    2. Go to User Management<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    3. Select the user whose email address you want to update.<\/li>\n
    4. Click Edit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    5. In the Email<\/strong> field, enter the user’s new email address.<\/li>\n
    6. Click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    7. Ask the user to open the inbox of their new email address.<\/li>\n
    8. The user should locate the verification email and click the verification link.<\/li>\n
    9. Once the verification is complete, the user’s email address will be successfully updated.<\/li>\n
    10. The user’s account is now linked to the new verified email address.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      This update is useful if your previous email address is no longer active or accessible.
