Terminate is a feature that can only be used by Administrators.<\/span><\/p>\n

This feature functions to terminate user access who is no longer working at the company, so that user will not be able to access the PEER.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Terminate feature can also be used for other cases as long as it’s still appropriate.<\/span><\/p>\n

Terminated users cannot request an OTP from PEER to be able to access PEER again, only administrators can restore user access to PEER.

Steps to terminate the user<\/b><\/span>
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Login to PEER as Administrator
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Click User Management<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Click the 3 dots button on the user that you will terminate<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Click PEER User Setting<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Scroll down, tick on Terminate and give reason for the action then click SAVE<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Please Note<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Lock Reason and Terminate Reason will not appear at login page notification, only for administrator internal note<\/span><\/p>\n
