Steps to Unlock a Suspended Account<\/strong><\/p>\n

Your account may be suspended for one of the following reasons:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. You have not logged in or been inactive in PEER for more than 30 days.<\/li>\n
  2. You entered the wrong password 5 times when logging in.<\/li>\n
  3. Your account has been suspended by the PEER Administrator in your company.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    To regain access, follow these steps:<\/p>\n

    1. Click the “click here”<\/strong> link on the suspend notification shown at the top of the page.<\/li>\n
    2. Click the “SEND OTP CODE TO MY EMAIL”<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n
    3. Open your email and look for the OTP email from PEER.<\/li>\n
    4. Copy the OTP Code<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    5. Return to PEER, paste the OTP Code, then click SUBMIT OTP<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    6. Your account is now successfully unlocked, and you can log in to PEER again.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
