When your account is suspended, there may be 3 reasons;<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. You are not logged in or inactive in PEER for more than 30 days<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. You entered the wrong password for 5 times when logging in<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Your account has been suspended by the PEER administrator in your company<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

     <\/p>\n

    To be able to access and login to PEER again, follow the steps below<\/span><\/p>\n

    <\/span><\/p>\n

    Click on “SEND OTP CODE TO MY EMAIL<\/b>” button<\/span><\/p>\n

    <\/span><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    <\/span><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Open your email and look for the email from PEER<\/span><\/p>\n

    <\/span><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Copy the OTP CODE<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

    <\/span><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Back to PEER and paste the OTP<\/b> code and then click SUBMIT OTP<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

    <\/span><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Your account successfully unlocked!, now you able to login to PEER<\/b> again.<\/span><\/p>\n
