The upload process is the same for LOA (Letter of Appointment)<\/strong>, RA (Risk Assessment)<\/strong>, and SWP (Safe Work Procedure)<\/strong>. This guide uses LOA<\/strong> as an example and demonstrates how to upload multiple files (bulk upload). You can also upload a single file by selecting only one file during the upload process.<\/p>\n

  1. Log in to the app.<\/li>\n
  2. On the My Tasks<\/strong> page, tap the +<\/strong> button in the lower-left corner.<\/li>\n
  3. Under Form Type<\/strong>, select Letter of Appointment (LOA)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Tap the LOA<\/strong> form displayed at the bottom of the screen.<\/li>\n
  5. Tap Add Files<\/strong>, then tap Browse Files<\/strong> to open your device’s file manager.<\/li>\n
  6. Select one or more LOA files to upload, then tap Open<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  7. Tap Upload<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  8. Enter a caption<\/strong> for the attachment(s).<\/li>\n
  9. Add your signature.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  10. Select the Assessor<\/strong> who will review the LOA, then tap Submit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  11. Files have been uploaded successfully.<\/li>\n
  12. The submitted LOA will appear in Records<\/strong> with the status Pending Assessor<\/strong> until it has been reviewed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Notes :<\/h4>\n

    – The same procedure applies to uploading Risk Assessment (RA)<\/strong> and Safe Work Procedure (SWP)<\/strong> documents.<\/p>\n

    – After submitting your LOA, RA, or SWP, the document will be reviewed by the assigned Assessor and then approved by\u00a0Approver.<\/p>\n
