Steps to Duplicate\/Copy a PTW (Permit to Work)<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Log in to App.<\/li>\n
  2. Click the Apply HSSE PTW<\/strong> menu.<\/li>\n
  3. Find the PTW you want to duplicate.<\/li>\n
  4. On the right side of the PTW, click the three-dot (\u22ee) button.<\/li>\n
  5. Click Copy Plan<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  6. Edit the required fields. The Start Date<\/strong> will default to today’s date. Click NEXT<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  7. Edit the Person Responsible<\/strong> field if needed, then click SAVE<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  8. Open the PTW Draft that was just copied.<\/li>\n
  9. Continue with the PTW process as usual.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Important Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    – The Copy PTW<\/strong> function can only be used on PTWs that have already been submitted<\/strong>, and only within the same tenant<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    – The copied PTW will be saved as a Draft<\/strong>. Make sure to review all fields, especially the Start Date and Person Responsible before proceeding with submission.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
