Steps to Conduct RE\/RTO Inspection<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Log in to App.<\/li>\n
  2. In the RERTO Inspection<\/strong> module, click Conduct RE\/RTO Inspection<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Click the +<\/strong> button on the inspection detail list.<\/li>\n
  4. Fill in the following fields:\n
      \n
    • Location<\/li>\n
    • Location Remark<\/li>\n
    • Inspection Scope<\/li>\n
    • Inspection Sub Scope<\/li>\n
    • Description of Work to be Inspected<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Select the RE 1<\/strong> person. If needed, select RE 2<\/strong> as well (optional).<\/li>\n
    • Attach documents, if any (maximum 10 attachments).<\/li>\n
    • Attach the RE\/RTO Inspection Checklist<\/strong> (required):\n
        \n
      • If you have previously submitted an inspection checklist in Records<\/strong> or My Tasks<\/strong>, it will appear in the list for selection.<\/li>\n
      • If you have not submitted one yet, click the CREATE<\/strong> button to create a new Inspection Checklist.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Attach the Site Inspection Checklist <\/strong>(optional).<\/li>\n
      • Fill in the signature, then click SUBMIT<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      • After submitting, the inspection request status will show as “Pending Confirmation”<\/strong> and will appear in the list beside the RE\/RTO Inspection module calendar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Available Actions on Submitted Inspection Requests:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        VOID<\/strong> \u2014 Cancel an inspection request.
        \nEDIT<\/strong> \u2014 Edit the inspection detail.
        \nCOPY<\/strong> \u2014 Duplicate the inspection detail (only available as long as it hasn’t been confirmed by the RE).
        \nREMOVE<\/strong> \u2014 Remove the inspection request.
