Steps for HSSE Inspection, Corrective Action, Verification, and Rejection<\/strong><\/p>\n

A. Conduct HSSE Inspection by Inspector (HSSE)<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Log in to App.<\/li>\n
  2. Click the Conduct HSSE Inspection<\/strong> menu.<\/li>\n
  3. Click the +<\/strong> (plus) button on the Inspection list.<\/li>\n
  4. Fill in the required information:\n
      \n
    • Organization<\/li>\n
    • Function<\/li>\n
    • Designation<\/li>\n
    • Remark (if needed)<\/li>\n
    • Start Inspection<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Once all fields are filled in, click the SAVE<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n

    • Click the orange menu button in the lower-right corner, then click the + Add Findings<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n
    • Fill in the Finding editor with the required details, such as:\n
        \n
      • Location<\/li>\n
      • Company Responsible for Finding<\/li>\n
      • Company Trade<\/li>\n
      • Responsible PIC<\/li>\n
      • Type of HSSE Finding<\/li>\n
      • Act or Condition<\/li>\n
      • Other relevant details<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Click the SUBMIT<\/strong> button at the bottom<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Note:<\/strong>
        \nOnce submitted, the assigned PIC<\/strong> will receive a Telegram notification and an outstanding task update for the rectification finding sent.<\/p>\n

        B. Rectification by Person-In-Charge (Work)<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Log in to App.<\/li>\n
        2. Click the My Tasks<\/strong> menu.<\/li>\n
        3. Click the HSSE Inspection<\/strong> card.<\/li>\n
        4. Click the Pencil<\/strong> button on the finding inspection in your Outstanding Tasks<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        5. Check the finding from the HSSE Inspector, then perform the corrective action by clicking the blue +<\/strong> (plus) button.<\/li>\n
        6. Fill in the Remark<\/strong>, Date and Time<\/strong>, and attach the required materials, then click SUBMIT<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Note:<\/strong>
          \nA notification will be sent to the Inspector (HSSE), and the status will change to Pending Verification<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

          C. Verification by Inspector (HSSE)<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          1. Log in to App.<\/li>\n
          2. Click the My Tasks<\/strong> menu.<\/li>\n
          3. Click the HSSE Inspection<\/strong> card.<\/li>\n
          4. Click the Pencil<\/strong> button on the finding inspection in your Outstanding Tasks<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
          5. Click the corrective action that has been completed by the PIC.<\/li>\n
          6. Check the corrective action from the PIC. If it is appropriate, give a remark to approve, then click the APPROVE<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            D. Rejecting a Corrective Action by Inspector (HSSE)<\/strong><\/p>\n

            If the corrective action still does not meet the requirements, you can reject it using the steps below:<\/p>\n

              \n
            1. Open the corrective action submitted by the PIC.<\/li>\n
            2. Click the three-dot (\u22ee) menu, then click Reject<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
            3. Fill in the Reject Reason<\/strong>, set the Due Date and Time<\/strong> for the corrective action, then click the REJECT<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n

              • Corrective Action is performed by the PIC to fix an issue found during an HSSE Inspection.<\/li>\n
