Steps to Assign a Worker to a Project<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Log in to PEER as an\u00a0Administrator<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0Project Admin<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Navigate to\u00a0Project Setup<\/strong>\u00a0and click on the\u00a0Worker<\/strong>\u00a0menu.<\/li>\n
  3. In the worker list, select the required\u00a0Project<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Locate the worker name and click the\u00a0icon<\/strong>\u00a0to the right of the worker.<\/li>\n
  5. Select the\u00a0Project Designation<\/strong>, then click\u00a0Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Note:
    \n<\/strong>– Once successfully assigned, a green designation label will appear next to the worker’s name.
    \n– Workers must be assigned to a project before their name will appear in the Attendance<\/strong>\u00a0list of the Toolbox Meeting form.<\/p>\n

    Steps to Unassign a Worker from a Project<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Follow the same steps as above to locate the worker.<\/li>\n
    2. Click the\u00a0Unassign<\/strong>\u00a0button next to the worker’s name.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Steps to Archive a Worker<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Navigate to the\u00a0Worker<\/strong>\u00a0menu under\u00a0Manpower Management<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      2. Click the\u00a03-dot<\/strong>\u00a0button next to the worker’s name.<\/li>\n
      3. Click\u00a0Archive<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Note:
        \n<\/strong>– Workers cannot be deleted from App they can only be archived.
        \n– Once archived, the worker’s name will no longer appear in the Toolbox Meeting attendance list.
        \n– Archiving is recommended when a worker has left the site or returned to their home country.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
