Steps to Assign a User to a Project<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Log in to App as Administrator<\/strong> or Project Admin<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on Project Setup<\/strong>, then click Users<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Select the required Project<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Click the Add New Assignment<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n
  5. Select the User<\/strong> and Role<\/strong>, then click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Note:
    \n<\/strong>A user can be assigned to one or more project roles within the same project (Multiple Project Role).<\/p>\n

    Steps to Add an Additional Project Role to an Existing User<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Navigate to Project Setup<\/strong>, then click Users<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    2. Select the required project.<\/li>\n
    3. Type the user’s name in the search field and press Enter<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    4. Click the pencil<\/strong> icon next to the user’s name.<\/li>\n
    5. Select the additional project role, then click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Steps to Unassign a User from a Project<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Navigate to Project Setup<\/strong>, then click Users<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      2. Locate the user to be unassigned.<\/li>\n
      3. Uncheck all assigned project roles for that user.<\/li>\n
      4. Ensure no project roles remain selected, then click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Note:
