Overview<\/p>\n

The User Module in Project Setup is crucial for assigning users to a project with pre-defined Project Roles. This ensures each team member has the appropriate access and responsibilities within the project.<\/p>\n

Steps to Assign a User to a Project<\/p>\n

  1. Navigate to Project Setup<\/strong>:\n
      \n
    • Go to the main menu and click on “Project Setup.”<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Access the Users Menu<\/strong>:\n
        \n
      • Within the Project Setup, click on the “Users” menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Select the Project<\/strong>:\n
          \n
        • Choose the relevant project from the list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Add a New User Assignment<\/strong>:\n
            \n
          • Click the + button<\/strong> or the “Add New Assignment” button located in the bottom right corner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • Assign the User<\/strong>:\n
              \n
            • In the assignment window, select the User from the dropdown list.<\/li>\n
            • Specify the Project Role from the available options.<\/li>\n
            • Click “SAVE” to confirm the assignment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
            • Assign Multiple Project Roles<\/strong>:\n

              • If a user needs to have multiple roles within the same project, find the user in the list.<\/li>\n
              • Click the pencil icon<\/strong> next to the user\u2019s name to edit their roles.<\/li>\n
              • Select the additional Project Role.<\/li>\n
              • Click “SAVE” to update the assignment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
