Follow the steps carefully to ensure all necessary forms and dependencies are correctly configured.<\/p>\n<p>Steps to Set Up PTW<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Access the Project Setup Menu<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Navigate to the Project Setup menu from your dashboard.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Choose the PTW Section and Select the Dependency Form<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Select the PTW (Permit to Work) section.<\/li>\n<li>Then, choose the Dependency form from the available options.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Select the Project<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Choose the specific project you want to set up.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Copy Template from Master Data<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Click the button labeled &#8220;Copy Template from Master Data.&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Select the Necessary Template<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Choose the template required for your project setup.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Example: Preparing for the Permit to Work Demolition<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Forms needed for a demolition project might include:\n<ul>\n<li>LOA (Letter of Approval)<\/li>\n<li>Safe Work Procedure<\/li>\n<li>Risk and Impact Assessment<\/li>\n<li>Toolbox Meeting<\/li>\n<li>Demolition Checklist<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Go Back to the Project Setup<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Return to the Project Setup menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Choose the PTW Section and Select the PTW Form<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Select the PTW section again.<\/li>\n<li>Choose the PTW form from the list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Select the Project Again<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Choose the same project you selected previously.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Copy Template from Master Data<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Click the &#8220;Copy Template from Master Data&#8221; button again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Return to the Project Setup Menu<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Go back to the Project Setup menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Choose the PTW Section and Select the Master Plan<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Select the PTW section once more.<\/li>\n<li>Choose the Master Plan option.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Select the Project to Set Up<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Select the same project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Register a New Master Plan<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Click the plus (+) button to register a new master plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Select the Main Form<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Choose the main form for the master plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Set the Days for the PTW Main Form<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Specify the number of days for the PTW Main Form.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Assign Users According to the Flow Order<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Choose the users who will be involved in the PTW process according to the flow order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Day-by-Day Setup<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Day 1:<\/strong> Applicant, Assessment, and Approval.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Day 2:<\/strong> Applicant day 2 and Assessment day 2.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Day 3:<\/strong> Applicant day 3 and Assessment day 3.<\/li>\n<li>Continue this pattern until Day 7.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Complete the Setup<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>To complete the setup, choose &#8220;Compliant.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Click &#8220;Save.&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Create the Master Plan<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>The master plan is now created.
