Setting Up a Site Inspection Form in Your Project<\/p>\n

Welcome to the training session on setting up a Site Inspection Form in your project. Follow these simple steps to ensure the form is correctly configured:<\/p>\n

  1. Go to Project Setup:<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • Begin by navigating to the ‘Project Setup’ section in your project management tool.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Choose the Site Inspection Form Section:<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Within the project setup, locate and select the ‘Site Inspection Form’ section. This is where you’ll manage your inspection forms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Select the Project:<\/strong>\n
          \n
        • From the list of available projects, choose the one you are currently working on. This will be the project where the site inspection form will be applied.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Click the Button Copy Template from Master Data:<\/strong>\n

          • In the ‘Site Inspection Form’ section, find and click the button labeled ‘Copy Template from Master Data.’ This will allow you to use a pre-defined template for your form.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • Choose the Necessary Template:<\/strong>\n

            • A list of available templates will appear. Select the one that best fits your project\u2019s requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
            • The Form is Already Set Up in the Project:<\/strong>\n

              • Once the template is copied, the form setup is complete, and it is now integrated into your project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
