Training Material: Setting Staff Credentials and User Verification in the Manpower Module<\/p>\n

Step-by-Step Guide<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Navigate to the Manpower Module<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • Log in to PEER and locate the Manpower module on the dashboard.<\/li>\n
    • Click on “Staff” to view the list of staff members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Find the Desired Staff Member<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Scroll through the list or use the search function to locate the staff member you wish to set as a user.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Access the Credential Settings<\/strong>\n
          \n
        • Click on the three dots button (options menu) next to the staff member’s name.<\/li>\n
        • Select “Credential” from the dropdown menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Fill in the Required Fields<\/strong>\n
            \n
          • In the Credential section, enter a unique Login Name<\/strong> for the staff member.<\/li>\n
          • Create a secure Password<\/strong> for the account.<\/li>\n
          • Re-enter the password in the confirmation field to ensure accuracy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • Save Your Changes<\/strong>\n

            • Once all fields are filled correctly, click the SAVE<\/strong> button to apply the changes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
            • Verify the New User<\/strong>\n

              • Navigate to the User Management<\/strong> section to verify that the new user has been successfully created.<\/li>\n
              • Ensure that the staff member’s credentials are correctly listed and that they have the necessary access permissions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
