Module: Manpower<\/strong><\/p>\n

Section: LOA Submission<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Navigate to the Manpower Module<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • Start by logging into the system and navigating to the Manpower module on the main dashboard.<\/li>\n
    • Click on “Staff” to view the list of staff members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Select the Staff Member<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Browse or search for the staff member whose LOA you need to update.<\/li>\n
      • Once you find the staff member, click on the three dots (ellipsis) button next to their name.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Access the LOA Section<\/strong>\n
          \n
        • From the dropdown menu, select “LOA” to enter the Letter of Appointment section.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Add a New LOA<\/strong>\n
            \n
          • In the LOA section, click on the “+” button to initiate a new LOA submission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • Fill in the Required Fields<\/strong>\n
              \n
            • A form will appear. Fill in all the required fields such as Project, Title of Appointment, Start Date, End Date, etc.<\/li>\n
            • Ensure that all mandatory fields are completed to avoid submission errors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
            • Save the LOA<\/strong>\n

              • After filling in the details, click on the “SAVE” button to submit the LOA for further processing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                Section: LOA Approval<\/strong><\/p>\n

                  \n
                1. Login as the Appointee or Reviewer<\/strong>\n
                    \n
                  • Log in to the system using the credentials of the appointee or designated reviewer responsible for approving LOAs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                  • Access the Staff’s LOA<\/strong>\n
                      \n
                    • Navigate to the specific staff member’s LOA that requires review or approval.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                    • Review and Approve<\/strong>\n
                        \n
                      • Click on the three dots (ellipsis) button next to the LOA entry.<\/li>\n
                      • Select the option to “Review\/Sign.”<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                      • Sign for Approval<\/strong>\n
                          \n
                        • Review the details of the LOA.<\/li>\n
                        • If everything is in order, sign the document to accept and approve the LOA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
