Scenario #1: Single Staff Registration<\/p>\n

  1. Navigating to the Manpower Module<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • Open the application and navigate to the “Manpower” module.<\/li>\n
    • Click on “Staff” to enter the staff management section.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Starting the Staff Registration Process<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Locate the hamburger button in the lower right corner of the screen and click it.<\/li>\n
      • Select the “+” button to begin registering a new staff member.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Entering Required Information<\/strong>\n
          \n
        • Complete all the required fields marked with an asterisk (*).<\/li>\n
        • Ensure that the following fields are correctly filled in:\n
            \n
          • Full Name:<\/strong> Enter the full legal name of the staff member.<\/li>\n
          • FIN\/NRIC:<\/strong> Input the correct identification number.<\/li>\n
          • Email:<\/strong> Provide a valid email address for communication.<\/li>\n
          • Mobile:<\/strong> Enter the staff member’s active mobile number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • Add any other necessary information as required by your organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • Saving the New Staff Details<\/strong>\n
              \n
            • Once all required fields are completed, click the “SAVE” button to store the new staff member’s details in the system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
