In this section, we will cover the steps to delete a user account in PEER. This is an essential task for managing user access and ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to the system.<\/p>\n

Steps to Delete a User Account<\/p>\n

  1. Access the User Management Menu<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • Navigate to the PEER dashboard.<\/li>\n
    • Click on the User Management<\/strong> menu. This menu allows you to view, edit, and delete user accounts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Search for the User<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • In the User Management section, locate the Search<\/strong> bar.<\/li>\n
      • Enter the name or other identifying information of the user you want to delete. This will filter the list to show the relevant user.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Delete the User Account<\/strong>\n
          \n
        • Find the user in the search results.<\/li>\n
        • Click the 3 dots button<\/strong> next to the user’s name. This will open a drop-down menu with various options.<\/li>\n
        • Select Remove<\/strong> from the drop-down menu.<\/li>\n
        • A confirmation dialog will appear. Click OK<\/strong> to confirm the deletion. The user account will be permanently deleted from PEER.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
