Step-by-Step Guide<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 1: Access User Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Navigate to the User Management menu on PEER.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Step 2: Initiate User Registration<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Click the +<\/code> button or the Register User<\/code> button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Step 3: Enter User Information<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Fill in the following required fields:\n
          \n
        • Full Name<\/li>\n
        • Login Name<\/li>\n
        • Email<\/li>\n
        • Designation<\/li>\n
        • FIN or NRIC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Step 4: Set User Access Rights and Password<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          1. Select the User Access Right.<\/li>\n
          2. Enter the Default Password.<\/li>\n
          3. Re-enter the Default Password to confirm.<\/li>\n
          4. Click the SAVE<\/code> button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Step 5: Assign to a Project<\/strong><\/p>\n

              \n
            1. A pop-up question will appear asking if you want to assign the new user to a project.<\/li>\n
            2. Click No<\/code> to skip this step and assign the project later.<\/li>\n
            3. Click Yes<\/code> to assign the project immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Step 6: Email Verification<\/strong><\/p>\n

                \n
              1. The newly registered user will receive a verification email from PEER.<\/li>\n
              2. After the user verifies their email, they will be able to access PEER.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
