Access User Management<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n
Navigate to the User Management<\/strong> menu on the PEER platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
\n
Search for the User<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n
Use the Search<\/strong> section to find the user whose status you want to change.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
\n
Edit User Settings<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n
Click on the 3 dots<\/strong> button next to the user\u2019s name.<\/li>\n
Select PEER User Setting<\/strong> from the dropdown menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

Locking a User<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n
Tick the Locked<\/strong> checkbox to lock the user\u2019s account.\n
\n
Note:<\/em> A locked user will not be able to log in to PEER.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

Unlocking a User<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n
Untick the Locked<\/strong> checkbox to unlock the user\u2019s account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

Save Changes<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n
Click the SAVE<\/strong> button to apply the changes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
Important Note:<\/strong> Ensure to save your changes, or the user’s status will remain unchanged.<\/p>\n
