{"id":16667,"date":"2024-08-13T14:21:38","date_gmt":"2024-08-13T06:21:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wsh-peer.com\/?post_type=docs&#038;p=16667"},"modified":"2025-07-01T11:20:38","modified_gmt":"2025-07-01T03:20:38","password":"","slug":"adding-worker-loa","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/www.wsh-peer.com\/en\/docs\/worker\/adding-worker-loa\/","title":{"rendered":"LOA: Adding Worker LOA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Training Material: Adding\u00a0a Worker Letter of Appointment (LOA)<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Adding a Worker LOA<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Navigate to the Manpower Module:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Open the Manpower module.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the &#8220;Worker&#8221; option.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Locate the Worker:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Browse through the list of workers to find the one for whom you need to add a Letter of Appointment (LOA).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Access the LOA Option:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Click on the three dots button next to the worker&#8217;s name.<\/li>\n<li>From the dropdown menu, select &#8220;LOA.&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Register a New LOA:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Click the &#8220;+&#8221; button located at the lower right corner of the screen to start registering a new LOA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fill in the Required Fields:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete all necessary fields, especially those marked with an asterisk (*):\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Project:<\/strong> Select the relevant project.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Title of Appointment:<\/strong> Specify the title for the appointment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Select Users to be the Reviewer:<\/strong> Choose users who will review the LOA.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Competency:<\/strong> This field is usually auto-filled based on the worker\u2019s existing competency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Save the LOA:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>After filling in all required information, click the &#8220;SAVE&#8221; button to save the worker&#8217;s LOA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Training Material: Adding\u00a0a Worker Letter of Appointment (LOA) Adding a Worker LOA Navigate to the Manpower Module: Open the Manpower module.
