Any changes will result in a failed upload.<\/li>\n<li>Do not change the name of the &#8220;Worker Registration&#8221; sheet within the template.<\/li>\n<li>For dates, ensure you use the <strong>DD-MMM-YYYY<\/strong> format.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Uploading the Template:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Once you&#8217;ve completed the template, you&#8217;re ready to upload it into the system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Template Uploading:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Accessing the Worker Module:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Navigate to the Manpower module.<\/li>\n<li>Click on &#8220;Worker.&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Initiating the Bulk Upload:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Click the hamburger button in the lower right corner of the screen.<\/li>\n<li>Select &#8220;Bulk Worker Upload.&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Uploading the Template:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Click on the &#8220;Browse Files&#8221; button.<\/li>\n<li>Select your completed template from your device.<\/li>\n<li>Click &#8220;Upload&#8221; to add the workers to the system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>Note: You can update a worker&#8217;s data by re-uploading the worker list, but ensure the NRIC remains unchanged.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Training Material Content Scenario 2: Bulk Worker Registration Template Preparation: Downloading the Template: Click here to download the template for Bulk Worker Registrations.
