Training Material: Approving a Worker Letter of Appointment (LOA)<\/p>\n\n

LOA Approval Process<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Login as the Appointee or Reviewer:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Ensure you are logged in as the appointee or one of the reviewers assigned to the LOA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n

      Navigate to the Manpower Module:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Go to the Manpower module and click on “Worker.”<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • \n

        Locate the Worker and LOA:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Find the worker for whom the LOA was created.<\/li>\n
        • Click on the three dots button next to the worker’s name and select “LOA.”<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • \n

          Review or Sign the LOA:<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          • Locate the specific LOA that needs approval.<\/li>\n
          • Click the three dots button next to the LOA and select “Review\/Sign.”<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • \n

            Approve the LOA:<\/strong><\/p>\n

              \n
            • As the appointee, sign the LOA to accept it.<\/li>\n
            • As a reviewer, sign the LOA to approve it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
