    Access the Manpower Module:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Navigate to the Manpower module from the main menu.<\/li>\n
    • Click on Worker<\/strong> to view the list of workers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

      Locate the Worker:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • Scroll through the list or use the search function to find the worker who needs the competency update.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • \n

        Access Competency Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        • Click on the three dots<\/strong> (more options) button next to the worker\u2019s name.<\/li>\n
        • Select Competency<\/strong> from the dropdown menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • \n

          Initiate Adding a New Competency:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          • Click on the hamburger button<\/strong> (menu icon) located at the bottom right of the screen.<\/li>\n
          • Click on the + button<\/strong> to start adding a new competency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

            Fill in the Competency Details:<\/strong><\/p>\n

            • Project<\/strong>: Select the relevant project from the dropdown menu.<\/li>\n
            • Competency\/Course<\/strong>: Choose the competency or course from the available options.<\/li>\n
            • Certificate Name<\/strong>: Enter the name of the certificate associated with the competency.<\/li>\n
            • Certificate No.<\/strong>: Input the certificate number.<\/li>\n
            • Certified At<\/strong>: Specify the date when the worker was certified.<\/li>\n
            • Certificate Expire At<\/strong>: Enter the expiration date of the certificate.<\/li>\n
            • Upload Certificate Attachment<\/strong>: Attach a scanned copy or image of the certificate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

              Save the Competency:<\/strong><\/p>\n

              • After filling in all the required fields, click the SAVE<\/strong> button to store the worker\u2019s competency information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
