Scenario 1: Adding a Single Worker<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Accessing the Worker Module:<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • Navigate to the Manpower module.<\/li>\n
    • Click on “Worker.”<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Initiating Worker Registration:<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Locate the hamburger button in the lower right corner of the screen and click it.<\/li>\n
      • Select the “+”<\/strong> button to start registering a new worker.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Filling Out Worker Information:<\/strong>\n
          \n
        • Complete all the required fields marked with an asterisk (*).\n
            \n
          • Full Name:<\/strong> Enter the worker’s full legal name.<\/li>\n
          • FIN \/ NRIC:<\/strong> Input the worker’s FIN or NRIC number.<\/li>\n
          • Email:<\/strong> Enter the worker’s email address. If unavailable, click the “Random” button to generate an email.<\/li>\n
          • Mobile:<\/strong> Provide the worker’s mobile number.<\/li>\n
          • Fill in any other fields as necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • Saving the Worker Information:<\/strong>\n
              \n
            • Once all the required information is entered, click the “SAVE” button to store the new worker’s details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
