Steps to Conduct an HSSE Inspection and Submit a Finding<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Log in to CTMS.<\/li>\n
  2. Click the Conduct HSSE Inspection<\/strong> menu.<\/li>\n
  3. Click the +<\/strong> (plus) button on the Inspection list.<\/li>\n
  4. Fill in the required information:
    \n– Organization
    \n– Function
    \n– Designation
    \n– Remark (if needed)
    \n– Start Inspection
    \nOnce all fields are filled in, click the SAVE<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n
  5. Hover the cursor over the burger button in the lower-right corner, then click the + Add Findings<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n
  6. Fill in the Finding editor with the required details
    \n– Location
    \n– Company Responsible for Finding
    \n– Company Trade
    \n– Responsible PIC
    \n– Type of HSSE Finding
    \n– Act or Condition
    \n– Other relevant details<\/li>\n
  7. Click the SUBMIT<\/strong> button at the bottom.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
