This guide is for workers registered in PEER:<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Step 1 \u2013 Performed by a User with Administrator Access<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. \n

    Go to the Worker<\/strong> menu under Manpower Management<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Select the desired worker, click the three-dot icon<\/strong>, then choose Competency<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Click the Add New Competency<\/strong> button (bottom-right corner).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    In the Competency \/ Course<\/strong> field, select the desired course.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    Choose the one labeled with PEER Course<\/strong>, then click Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  6. \n

    The username, password<\/strong>, and verification link<\/strong> will be sent to the worker\u2019s phone number via SMS.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Step 2 \u2013 Performed by the Worker<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    1. \n

      Click the verification link<\/strong> sent via SMS.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    2. \n

      After successful verification, click the Back to Login<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    3. \n

      Enter the Username and Password<\/strong>, then click Sign In<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    4. \n

      Navigate to the Training Progress<\/strong> menu under the Dashboard<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    5. \n

      Click the three-dot icon<\/strong> next to the course and select Learn<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    6. \n

      Choose the desired material and click Start Section<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    7. \n

      Click the Start Section<\/strong> button again to begin.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    8. \n

      After completing the section, the material will be marked as Passed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    9. \n

      Complete all available materials.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    10. \n

      Once finished, click Go to Results<\/strong> and select Submit Results<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    11. \n

      Click Close Course<\/strong> to end the session.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    12. \n

      Return to the Training Progress<\/strong> menu.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    13. \n

      Click the three-dot icon<\/strong> and select View Certificate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    14. \n

      Click Download Certificate<\/strong> to save it as an Image<\/strong> or PDF<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    15. \n

      To share the certificate, click the Share<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

       <\/p>\n

      Note<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      a) Please make sure the worker\u2019s email and phone number are valid for verification purposes.<\/p>\n

      b) The verification link will be sent via SMS and is valid for 8 hours.<\/p>\n

      c) If the worker\u2019s email, phone number, or NRIC matches any entry in User Management, the course enrollment will not proceed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
