How to Create a New Announcement<\/h4>\n

1. Go to the Announcement <\/strong>menu<\/p>\n

2. Select Announcement Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

3. Click the three-line button<\/strong> (bottom right corner)<\/p>\n

4. Click \u201c+\u201d<\/strong> to create a new announcement<\/p>\n

5. Fill in the required fields:<\/p>\n

– Title<\/strong> – Announcement title<\/p>\n

– Severity<\/strong> – Level of urgency<\/p>\n

– Recipient :<\/strong><\/p>\n

Company<\/strong> – All users under the selected company will receive the announcement<\/p>\n

Project<\/strong> – All users under the selected project will receive the announcement<\/p>\n

User<\/strong> – Only selected users will receive the announcement<\/p>\n

– Content<\/strong> – Announcement details<\/p>\n

– Attachment (optional)<\/strong> – Attach PDF or image files<\/p>\n

– Broadcast Method :<\/strong><\/p>\n

Email<\/strong> – Send via Email<\/p>\n

Telegram<\/strong> – Send via Telegram<\/p>\n

6. Choose one of the following:<\/p>\n

– Save as Draft<\/strong> – Save without publishing<\/p>\n
