Here are the steps to publish an announcement:<\/p>\n

A. Publish from Draft<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Go to the Announcement<\/strong> menu<\/p>\n

2. Select Announcement Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

3. Select an announcement marked as Draft<\/strong><\/p>\n

*If no draft exists: <\/em><\/p>\n

– Create new announcement<\/span><\/a>\u00a0or<\/em><\/p>\n

– Copy from a template<\/span><\/a><\/em><\/p>\n

4. Verify all details, especially Recipient<\/strong> and Broadcast Method<\/strong><\/p>\n

5. Click Publish<\/strong> to send the announcement<\/p>\n

B. Publish Directly from ‘Create new’<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Go to the Announcement<\/strong> menu<\/p>\n

2. Select Announcement Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

3. Click the three-line button (bottom right corner)<\/p>\n

4. Click “+” to create a new announcement<\/p>\n

5. Fill in all required fields<\/p>\n
