{"id":32418,"date":"2026-08-06T14:18:37","date_gmt":"2026-08-06T06:18:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.wsh-peer.com\/en\/docs\/uncategorized\/how-to-login-2\/"},"modified":"2026-08-06T14:20:40","modified_gmt":"2026-08-06T06:20:40","password":"","slug":"how-to-login-2","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/www.wsh-peer.com\/en\/docs\/getting-started\/how-to-login-2\/","title":{"rendered":"How to Login"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1><strong>How to Login<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>Follow the steps below to log in to your PEER account.<\/p>\n<p>1. <strong>Access PEER<\/strong> \u2013 Open your web browser and go to your organization&#8217;s PEER portal (e.g. live.wshpeer.com).<\/p>\n<p>2. <strong>Fill in Login name and password<\/strong> \u2013 Enter your registered Login Name (this can be your email address or assigned username) in the Login Name field, then enter your account Password in the field below it.<\/p>\n<p>3. <strong>Click SIGN IN<\/strong> \u2013 Once both fields are filled in correctly, click the SIGN IN button to continue.<\/p>\n<p>4. <strong>Enter your Google Authenticator passcode<\/strong> \u2013 If two-factor authentication is enabled on your account, open the Google Authenticator app on your phone, find the 6-digit passcode for PEER, and enter it in the field provided. Click SUBMIT to complete login.<\/p>\n<p>Note:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 The passcode in Google Authenticator changes every 30 seconds. You need to enter it before the code expires, or the app will generate a new one and your entry will be rejected.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 If you don&#8217;t have access to Google Authenticator, contact your project administrator for help resetting two-factor authentication on your account.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Make sure your Login Name and Password are entered exactly as registered \u2013 both fields are case-sensitive.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How to Login Follow the steps below to log in to your PEER account. 1.
