Steps to Set Up Project Roles<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Log in to App as an Administrator<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Click Data Setup<\/strong> > Project Roles<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. On the Project Role Management<\/strong> page, choose an action:\n
      \n
    • Add<\/strong> a new role<\/li>\n
    • Edit<\/strong> an existing role<\/li>\n
    • Remove<\/strong> an existing role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • To add a new role, enter the Role Name<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Select the required permissions for the role:\n
        \n
      • Vendor Available<\/strong> \u2013 marks the role as a vendor\/subcontractor user only.<\/li>\n
      • Allow Revoke<\/strong> \u2013 allows the user with this role to perform Revoke<\/strong> on the form.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Click Save<\/strong> to save the new role.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Important Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Do not delete a project role that is being used in a form workflow, as this will cause an error in the form.<\/li>\n
        • Do not rename a project role while it is still being used in a workflow form, as this can cause confusion since the project role name and workflow form will no longer match.<\/li>\n
        • Vendor Available<\/strong> can technically be checked for maincon users as well, but it is best practice to separate project roles for maincon and subcon users (e.g., “Applicant” for maincon, “Subcon Applicant” for subcon).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
