In the first half of 2025, Singapore<\/a> saw <\/span>76 incidents<\/a> of deaths and major injuries<\/b> in the construction<\/a> sector, only a slight drop from 81 in the same period of 2024.<\/span> While the marginal improvement is welcome, safety<\/a> experts and the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) have warned that complacency is not an option, especially with large infrastructure projects like Changi Airport and Marina Bay Sands expansion looming.<\/span><\/p>
