Participants will also learn to define roles, including those of management and key personnel, ensuring everyone is aligned with the programme&#8217;s objectives.<\/p><p>The course then focuses on identifying noise hazards and using effective noise monitoring methods to assess risks. Learners will explore noise control strategies, such as controlling noise at the source, along its path, and at the receiver, to reduce exposure. The course also covers how to select and maintain the right hearing protectors for different environments, ensuring workers are adequately protected in noisy workplaces.<\/p><p>In addition to prevention techniques, the course teaches how to provide training on hearing conservation, ensuring employees understand the risks and protective measures. Participants will also learn how to conduct audiometric exams and maintain accurate records of workers&#8217; hearing health. Finally, the course covers how to evaluate the effectiveness of the hearing conservation programme and make improvements to ensure ongoing safety and compliance.
