Steps to Add Prerequisite Documents to a PTW Plan<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Log in to PEER.<\/li>\n
  2. Navigate to the PTW Calendar.<\/li>\n
  3. Click the +<\/strong> button in the calendar to create a new PTW Plan.<\/li>\n
  4. Fill in all required PTW Plan detail, click the +<\/strong> button next to the Prerequisites list.<\/li>\n
  5. Search for the document you need using any of the following:\n
      \n
    • File name<\/strong> \u2013 type the attachment’s file name.<\/li>\n
    • Caption<\/strong> \u2013 type the caption given to the attachment.<\/li>\n
    • Document ref number<\/strong> \u2013 type the form or document number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Select the required prerequisite documents. Selected documents will appear at the top of the prerequisite list.<\/li>\n
    • To remove a selected document, unchecklist the document.<\/li>\n
    • Click CONFIRM<\/strong> to attach the selected prerequisite documents to the PTW Plan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Use the filter options to quickly find approved prerequisites:<\/p>\n

      1. Today<\/strong> \u2014 Shows prerequisites approved today.<\/li>\n
      2. Latest 30 Days<\/strong> \u2014 Shows prerequisites approved within the past 30 days, counted from the most recent submission date.<\/li>\n
      3. Last 30 Days<\/strong> \u2014 Shows prerequisites approved within the past 30 days, counted from today’s date.<\/li>\n
      4. Last 6 Months<\/strong> \u2014 Shows prerequisites approved within the past 6 months.<\/li>\n
      5. Older than 6 Months<\/strong> \u2014 Shows prerequisites approved more than 6 months ago.<\/li>\n
      6. User Defined<\/strong> \u2014 Set your own date range by choosing a start date and end date.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
