The <strong>Start Date<\/strong> will default to today&#8217;s date. Click <strong>NEXT<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Edit the <strong>Person Responsible<\/strong> field if needed, then click <strong>SAVE<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Open the PTW Draft that was just copied.<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Continue with the PTW process as usual.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Important Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The <strong>Copy PTW<\/strong> function can only be used on PTWs that have already been <strong>submitted<\/strong>, and only within the <strong>same tenant<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The copied PTW will be saved as a <strong>Draft<\/strong>.
