Steps to Conduct a Site Inspection (Concreting Checklist)<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Log in to App.<\/li>\n
  2. Click Conduct Site Inspections<\/strong> in the SITE INSPECTION<\/strong> menu.<\/li>\n
  3. Click the +<\/strong> button beside the Site Inspection calendar.<\/li>\n
  4. In the Select Template<\/strong> list, select Concreting Checklist<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. Fill in the required information:\n

    • Location<\/li>\n
    • Remark Location<\/li>\n
    • Attach Reinforcement Bending Schedule (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Fill in the checklist related to the inspection. You can attach the Steel Reinforcement Checklist<\/strong> and Formwork Checklist<\/strong> (if already verified or completed) in the orange box section.<\/li>\n
    • Fill in the other required checklists, then click the side arrow to move to the next page.<\/li>\n
    • An option will appear asking whether a Cube Test<\/strong> is needed:\n

      • If Yes<\/strong>, a question with an orange box will appear, fill it in accordingly.<\/li>\n
      • If No<\/strong>, continue to the signature section.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Fill in the signature, then click SUBMIT<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
