Steps to Update the Route To (Next Submitter) in APP<\/strong><\/p>\n

Route To is used to change or add the next user responsible for submitting a form app<\/p>\n

Users who can update Route To:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Form\/PTW Creator<\/li>\n
  2. Administrator of the Creator (Subcon)<\/li>\n
  3. Maincon Admin<\/li>\n
  4. Last Submitter of the Form<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    A. Route To via the Records Page<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Click the Apply HSSE PTW<\/strong> menu.<\/li>\n
    2. Click the folder icon.<\/li>\n
    3. Click the three-dot (\u22ee) button on the form you want to update or add the next user to.<\/li>\n
    4. Click Route To<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    5. Change or add the next submitter, then click SAVE<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    6. The next user has been successfully updated.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      B. Route To via the PTW Plan Detail Page<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Click Apply HSSE PTW<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      2. Click your PTW Plan.<\/li>\n
      3. Scroll down and click the three-dot (\u22ee) button on the PTW Main Form.<\/li>\n
      4. Click the Route To<\/strong> menu.<\/li>\n
      5. Update the next submitter, then click SAVE<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      6. The Route To next user has been successfully updated.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Note:<\/strong>
        \nThis feature is useful when the next user is unable to sign the document, if they are on leave or unavailable. The document can still proceed by rerouting it to a replacement officer.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
