Here are the steps to copy from a template:
1. 前往 公告 菜单
2. 选择 公告管理
3. Click the three-line button (bottom right corner)
4. 点击 Copy from Template
5. Select the desired template and click the 复制 按钮
*If no template exists:
6. Verify all details, especially 标题, 接受者， 和 Broadcast Method
7. Choose one of the following:
– Save as Draft – Save without publishing
– Publish – Publish immediately
