PEER v1.54.1 – Stability & Critical Workflow Fixes
Bug Fixes
Site Inspection: Resolved continuous loading during template creation
Continuous loading occurred during the creation of a new Site Inspection form. This update fixes the issue
LOA: Updated Reviewer Project Role list on the LOA Workflow page
Fixes an issue where the full list of Reviewers could not be displayed.
PTW: Fixed Company logo not appearing in the SWP and RA forms
The company logo could not be displayed in the SWP and RA form printout. This update fixes the issue.
PTW: Restored PTW download functionality on the Apply HSE PTW page
Print preview and download of the PTW Main Form from the PTW Plan list now work correctly
PTW: Corrected Company filter in PTW and Checklist records
When filtering PTW and Checklist records using the Company filter on the Vendor side, the displayed data was incorrect. It is now displayed correctly.

Announcement Module: Added pagination to the Information page (mobile view)
The Information page in mobile view now supports pagination, displaying 10 list per page
PEER: Reduced clickable area of the “How to Login” button
Reduced the clickable area of “How to Login” button for a better layout
User Management: Updated alert on the Resend Validation page
Improved the alert message on the Resend Validation page for better clarity
User Management: Added extra info to registration confirmation emails
Added additional information about the login link validity period for new users.
HSE Inspection: Updated layout of “View” button for Findings with Compliant status
Adjusted the “View” button layout to make it easier for users to use.
Project Setup: Adjusted layout of the Company Filter on the Worker Management page
Re-arranged the filter layout to make it easier to use.

PTW Module: Fixed PTW Plan counter not updating when switching projects
There was an issue where the PTW Plan counter did not update when switching projects. The PTW plan counter now works correctly
HSE Inspection: Fixed printout to display all images at a consistent size
Fixed inconsistent image sizes in the HSE Inspection printout. All images are now displayed in a consistent size for better output

Enhancement & Features
Worker: Added Worker QR code
Added a QR code to the Worker profile to provide quick access to the profile summary and competency list upon scanning
Announcement: Enabled infinite scroll on the top bar notification
Top bar notifications now support continuous scrolling to display all notifications
Announcement: Added ‘Select All’ option to the Recipient submenu in the Announcement Editor
Added a “Select All” button to make it easier for users to select all available recipients
Project Setup: Updated default selected project across multiple menus (Users, Workers, Vendors, Site Inspection Forms, and Permissions)
The default selected project on the Users, Workers, Vendors, Site Inspection Forms, and Permissions pages in Project Setup menu now follows the project selected on the My Tasks page.
Bug Fixes
PTW: Updated alert when removing draft PTW Plan
Revised the alert message to provide clearer guidance when removing a PTW Plan that still has attached forms.
Project Setup: Corrected Zone list in the Location menu
There was an issue where the selected Zone list did not match the selected Project on the Locations page. This update fixes the issue. The Zone list now matches the selected Project.
HSE Inspection: Fixed search feature on the HSE Inspection Findings page
Fixed an issue where the search feature did not work on the HSE Inspection Findings page.
