We are pleased to share the latest PEER, product updates for February 2026, introducing several enhancements designed to improve operational efficiency, keamanan inspeksi workflows, and system usability.
This update focuses on strengthening key modules such as HSE Inspection, Permit-To-Work (PTW), user profile management, and system performance. These improvements aim to help organizations manage safety processes more efficiently while providing better visibility across operations.

Enhancement & Features
Checklist Report
Added a new option called Checklist Report on the Checklist Records page.
This option is used to export Checklist data in Excel format.
User Profile: Added signature section to the User Profile page
Added a signature field to the My Profile page. The signature can be used during form submission. Users must complete their signature in My Profile before it can be used for form submission
PTW Checklist: Added new question type ‘User Signature
Added a new question type to support the use of the signature from the My Profile page during
form submission.

Enhancement & Features
HSE Inspection: Enabled multiple PIC for HSE Inspection
HSE Inspection now supports multiple PIC. If multiple PIC are assigned to a Finding, they have equal access to perform Rectification. Once one PIC submits the Rectification, the other PIC can no longer perform Rectification for
that Finding.
HSE Inspection: Added finding number to the Finding Detail page
The Finding number has been added to help users easily identify the Finding being reviewed on the Finding Detail page.
Form Template: Added new options to display workers across multiple companies
This option allows the Main Contractor (Maincon) to include Vendor (Subcon) Worker lists in the Form when needed
Trending: Added “All” option to Month filter in Trending Dashboard
This new option allows users to display data for all months within a one-year range.
Perbaikan Bug
PTW: Fixed issue with resubmitting Checklist and PTW Mainform from My Tasks
Previously, an error occurred when attempting to resubmit a Form from the My Tasks page. This update resolves the issue.

Updated the alert message to be more informative.
HSE Inspection: Optimized Finding creation layout for mobile view
Improved the layout of the Finding creation page for better display on mobile view.

Perbaikan Bug
PTW: Fixed the checkbox function in the “Select Next User to Submit” dropdown
Improved the checkbox functionality to make it easier to select multiple users.
Project Setup: Fixed the search feature in Master Plan
This update fixes the search feature on the Master Plan page, which was previously not
functioning.
LOA: Fixed incorrect Worker list during LOA submission
Previously, incorrect Worker names were displayed during LOA submission. This update resolves the issue.
Locations: Fixed Level and Grid list not updated after creating new entries
Previously, users had to refresh the page to see newly added Level and Grid entries.
This update resolves the issue. The Level and Grid lists now update automatically after adding a new entry.

Perbaikan Bug
PTW: Fixed an issue where the Worker list was not displayed properly in the form
Corrected the Worker selection list within the Form, such as in the TBM Form.
PTW: Fixed an issue where the keyword in the “Select Personnel (Worker)” field
disappeared after typing
Previously, the keyword entered in the Select Personnel search field disappeared
immediately after typing.
