Enhancing Security, Stability, and User Experience Across the Platform
At PEER, we continuously improve our platform to ensure a safer, more reliable, and more user-friendly experience for all users.
In November 2025, we released several important updates focused on system security, stability, usability, and training access control.
Below is a summary of what’s new and improved this month.

Security & System Enhancements
Updated API Security Configuration
We strengthened API security settings to enhance system protection and data integrity.Improved Overall System Stability
Backend optimizations were implemented to ensure smoother performance across the platform.
Bug Fixes & User Experience Improvements
User Setup Wizard – Mobile Scrolling Fixed
An issue that prevented users from scrolling up or down during the User Setup Wizard on mobile devices has been resolved. Users can now complete the setup process smoothly without interruption.
Toolbox Meeting (TBM) – Multiple Worker Selection Fixed
We fixed an issue where users were unable to select multiple workers in the TBM form, restoring full functionality.
Toolbox Meeting (TBM) –Improved Worker Selection Area (Desktop)
The worker selection area has been resized on desktop to make selecting multiple workers easier and more intuitive.
Pop-Up Display Issue Fixed (Mobile View)
Certain pop-ups were not fully visible on mobile devices, limiting menu selection. This has now been corrected for better usability.

Feature Enhancements
Permit to Work (PTW) – ‘Next’ Button Enabled Earlier
When creating a new PTW plan, the Selanjutnya button is now enabled before all fields are completed, allowing users to navigate the process more efficiently.Improved System Security
Additional security enhancements were applied to strengthen overall platform protection.
Bug Fixes & Access Control Updates
User Management – Phone Number Change Disabled
Sebuah Change Phone Number button has been disabled in User Management and My Profile. This decision was made due to the temporary unavailability of the third-party WhatsApp OTP service required for phone number verification.
- User Setup Wizard – Simplified 2FA Validation Alert
The two-factor authentication alert has been simplified to improve clarity during setup. - User Setup Wizard – Non-Closable Until Completion
To prevent incomplete configurations, the User Setup Wizard can no longer be closed until all required steps—such as password updates, 2FA setup, and notifications—are fully completed.
Training Module – Updated Trainee Access Control
Trainee access has been restricted to the Training Module only, ensuring better role-based access management.Training Module – Verification SMS Issue Fixed
A bug that prevented verification SMS messages from being sent after trainee registration has been resolved.
