How to Publish an Announcement

Here are the steps to publish an announcement:

A. Publish from Draft

1. Go to the Announcement メニュー

2. Select Announcement Management

3. Select an announcement marked as Draft

*If no draft exists:

– Create new announcement または

– Copy from a template

4. Verify all details, especially 受信者 そして Broadcast Method

5. Click 公開 to send the announcement

B. Publish Directly from ‘Create new’

1. Go to the Announcement メニュー

2. Select Announcement Management

3. Click the three-line button (bottom right corner)

4. Click “+” to create a new announcement

5. Fill in all required fields

6. Verify all details, especially 受信者 そして Broadcast Method

7. Click 公開 to send the announcement
