Here are the steps to publish an announcement:
A. Publish from Draft
1. Go to the Announcement menu
2. Select Announcement Management
3. Select an announcement marked as Draft
*If no draft exists:
– Create new announcementΒ or
4. Verify all details, especially Recipient and Broadcast Method
5. Click Publish to send the announcement
B. Publish Directly from ‘Create new’
1. Go to the Announcement menu
2. Select Announcement Management
3. Click the three-line button (bottom right corner)
4. Click “+” to create a new announcement
5. Fill in all required fields

7. Click Publish to send the announcement
