HSSE Inspection Roles and Permissions

1. Inspector (HSSE)
User: Maincon user

Permissions:

    • Conduct Inspection (HSSE Inspection)
      • Allowed to manage and conduct HSSE Inspections.
    • Raise Finding (HSSE Inspection)
      • Allowed to read inspections.
      • Allowed to raise findings.
      • Allowed to approve corrective actions.

 

2. Person-In-Charge (Work)
User: Maincon & Subcon user

Permissions:

  • Handle Corrective Action (HSSE Inspection)
    • Allowed to read inspections.
    • Allowed to manage corrective actions.

Note:
Make sure that any person appointed to take corrective action has the Person-In-Charge (Work) role. Otherwise, the user will not be able to add corrective actions.
