Steps to Set Up Project Roles
- Log in to App as an Administrator.
- Klik Data Setup > Peran Proyek.
- Di Manajemen Peran Proyek page, choose an action:
- Menambahkan a new role
- Sunting an existing role
- Menghapus an existing role
- To add a new role, enter the Role Name.
- Select the required permissions for the role:
- Vendor Available β marks the role as a vendor/subcontractor user only.
- Allow Revoke β allows the user with this role to perform Pembatalan on the form.
- Klik Menyimpan untuk menyimpan peran baru.
Catatan Penting:
- Do not delete a project role that is being used in a form workflow, as this will cause an error in the form.
- Do not rename a project role while it is still being used in a workflow form, as this can cause confusion since the project role name and workflow form will no longer match.
- Vendor Available can technically be checked for maincon users as well, but it is best practice to separate project roles for maincon and subcon users (e.g., “Applicant” for maincon, “Subcon Applicant” for subcon).
