Steps to Unlock a Suspended Account
Your account may be suspended for one of the following reasons:
- You have not logged in or been inactive in PEER for more than 30 days.
- You entered the wrong password 5 times when logging in.
- Your account has been suspended by the PEER Administrator in your company.
To regain access, follow these steps:
- Klik “click here” link on the suspend notification shown at the top of the page.
- Klik “SEND OTP CODE TO MY EMAIL” tombol.
- Open your email and look for the OTP email from PEER.
- Salin OTP Code.
- Return to PEER, paste the OTP Code, then click KIRIM OTP.
- Your account is now successfully unlocked, and you can log in to PEER again.

If the OTP email is not found in your inbox, please also check your Spam/Junk dan Notifikasi folders.
