Steps to Conduct a Site Inspection (Concreting Checklist)
- Log in to App.
- Klik Melakukan Inspeksi Lokasi di dalam INSPEKSI TEMPAT menu.
- Klik + button beside the Site Inspection calendar.
- Dalam Select Template list, select Daftar Periksa Beton.
- Fill in the required information:
- Lokasi
- Remark Location
- Attach Reinforcement Bending Schedule (optional)
- Fill in the checklist related to the inspection. You can attach the Daftar Periksa Penguatan Baja dan Daftar Periksa Bekisting (if already verified or completed) in the orange box section.
- Fill in the other required checklists, then click the side arrow to move to the next page.
- An option will appear asking whether a Cube Test is needed:
- Jika Ya, a question with an orange box will appear, fill it in accordingly.
- Jika TIDAK, continue to the signature section.
- Isi tanda tangan, lalu klik KIRIM.
- Select the next user for verification.
