Steps to Resubmit a Rescheduled Inspection Request

When your inspection request is rescheduled by the RE, you will receive a Telegram notification along with a link. Follow the link to resubmit the inspection request.

You can also find your rescheduled inspection requests in the Inspeksi RE/RTO calendar list.

Available Actions on Rescheduled Inspection Requests

• INFORMASI PENOLAKAN — Displays the detailed reason for the reschedule.
• KIRIMKAN ULANG — Edit and resubmit the inspection request.
• MENYALIN — Copy the inspection request.

Steps to Resubmit:

1. Klik KIRIMKAN ULANG.
2. Change the inspection details according to the reschedule reason given by the RE.
3. Klik KIRIM.
4. The inspection request has been successfully resubmitted, and the status will show as “Pending Confirmation.”
